- 2 cups (500ml) finely diced red bell pepper
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
- 1 cup (250ml) finely diced red onion
- 2 tbsp (30ml) mustard seeds
- 2 tsp (10ml) celery seed
- 1 tsp (5ml) coriander seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) turmeric powder
- 1⁄2 cup (125ml) water
- 1⁄4 cup (60ml) cornstarch
