Chocolate mint cookies recipe with fresh mint leaves

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 C all-purpose flour
• 1/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
• 2 sticks butter, room temperature, softened
• 1/4 C granulated sugar
• 1/2 C packed light brown sugar
• 1 egg, room temperature
• 2 1/2 packed tablespoons Fresh Mint, chopped fine
• 1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 C dark chocolate chunks or chips
