• 1/4 cup Sour cream
• Dijon mustard - (heaping)
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon Freshly-ground white pepper - (heaping)
• Lemon juice
• 2 1/2 cups Shredded boiled chicken
• 1/2 cup Finely-chopped celery
• 1/4 cup Finely-chopped green onions
• 1 Pecans - toasted, chopped
