• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1 tbsp rum extract
• 1 batch of nutmeg sugar coating, see below
• 1 batch of eggnog glaze, see below
• ground nutmeg, for sprinkling
• 2 tsp ground nutmeg, see notes 2
• 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
• 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
• 2-3 tbsp eggnog
• 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of salt
