Ingredients

• 1 tbsp sea salt
• 2 large eggs and 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature
• 1/3 cup parmesan, grated
• 1/3 cup pecorino romano, grated
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp cracked pepper
• 100g Oomite x Pepe Saya Butter
• 4 long rashers of bacon, sliced into pieces about 1cm width x 3cm length
• 400g spaghetti (100g per person)
