We made Inutak, a specialty kakanin from Pateros, and gave it an upgrade by adding in a scrumptious salted egg sauce!

- 1 cup fine glutinous rice flour
- 3 fl oz coconut milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ube flavoring
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 4 scoops ube ice cream
- 6 salted duck egg yolks
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup powdered milk
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
