- ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder – optional
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 cups of sliced mushroom, any will work, I used cremini and shiitake
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
