This is the best fudge I have made and it set up perfectly!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (I would NOT use margarine since it`s made with oil and the fudge may not set)
- 1/2 cup milk (I use whole milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups brown sugar (light packed)
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (sifted)
