• 1 clove garlic
• 2 cups beef broth
• 3 tbs. grated onion
• 4 tbs. butter
• 1 tbs. curry powder
• 6 tbs. flour
• salt and cayenne pepper
• 2 cups milk; 1/2 cup grated Gouda cheese
