• 1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
• 1 C. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 2 Tbs. sugar
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
