• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 (1.25 oz.) dry taco seasoning mix
• 1.50 cups hot water
• 0.50 cup small curd cottage cheese
• 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 tomato, cored and chopped (optional)
