Ingredients

• 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
• 1¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest (½ medium-size orange)
• 1 (6-ounce) box orange-flavored gelatin
• 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
• 1¼ cup cold milk
• ⅓ cup mandarin orange juice (drained from the 14-ounce can of mandarin oranges)
• 2 teaspoons orange extract
• 5 drops orange food coloring (optional)
• Pro Tip: You can also omit the orange flavoring, but it will not be as orange-flavored as with the flavoring.
• 12 ounces whipped topping, thawed
• 1 (14-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained (reserve ⅓ cup for the orange jello layer)
