• For the Hot Honey:
• 1/2 cup orange blossom honey
• 2 to 3 Calabrian chilies

• 6 sesame seed buns
• 1/2 cup Roth Gouda cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup Roth Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
