Ingredients

• 1/2 Onion (75 g), chopped
• 1/4 cup (57 g) Butter, melted
• 1/4 cup (30 g) AP Flour
• 2 cups (480 g) Milk
• 2 cups (480 g) Chicken Stock
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 1/2 cups (225 g) Petite Potatoes (Yellows or Reds)
• 1 1/2 cups (135 g) Broccoli Florets, roughly chopped
• 1 cup (110 g) Carrots, grated
• 2 stalks Celery (100 g), thinly sliced
• 2 1/2 cups (250 g) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
