Cottage cheese buns with sour cream glaze – Kamado Bono

Ingredients

• For the starter:
• 100 ml warm milk
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 7 g dry yeast
• For the filling:
• 500 g cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp sugar
• Lemon or orange zest
• For the dough:
• 300-350 g sifted flour
• 70 g melted butter
• 70 g sour cream
• Starter mixture
• For the glaze:
• 150 g sour cream
• 1-2 tbsp sugar
• Vanilla
