Ingredients

• 4 cups Flour
• 1 1/2 cups Sugar
• 4 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 3 tsp Lemon extract, or 3 tsp fresh lemon juice plus splash of lemon extract
• Zest from 1 lemon
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Crisco, melted and cooled
