• 1 cup vanilla bean moonshine
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 Small Granny Smith Apples
• 1 Fuji Apples
• 1 Gala Apples
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
