• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup of softened butter
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 & 1/2 cup of old fashioned or instant oats (it will make a slightly different cookie)
• 1 cup of raisins or chocolate chips or nuts or a combo of each equaling 1 cup
