Cooking tools:

  • Air fryer
  • Fork
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoon
  • Spatula
  • Parchment paper
  • Silicone baking mat
  • Airtight container

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted whole roasted Cashews. If you use salted, reduce salt accordingly.
  • 1 cup unsalted Pecan halves. If you use salted, reduce salt accordingly.
  • 1 egg white
  • ⅔ cup white granulated sugar. Note, I used Cane Sugar which looks like brown sugar but is not.
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon. You can increase the amount, if you like more cinnamon flavor.
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter to grease a preheated air fryer. If you don't want to used the butter, then use a silicon mat lined baking sheet to make cleaning easy.
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Trini Pepper Sauce. Note, I used the Hot Trini Sauce for a delayed heat, and used the Original for a more immediate heat sensation.
