• 2 eggs
• 1 package (3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix)
• 1.5 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking soda
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/3 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1-1/2 cups coconut
• 1-1/2 cups nuts (chopped pecans or walnuts or mix)
• 1 cup uncooked quick cooking oats
