The best Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients

• 300 g spaghetti, to serve
• 500 g lean minced beef
• 50 g mozzarella, finely chopped
• 25 g parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 red chilli, deseeded & finely chopped
• 2 tbsp chopped curly parsley
• 1 eggs, beaten
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 400 g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
