Zucchini Bread Machine Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups of grated zucchini (about 2 medium-sized zucchinis)
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
• 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
• 1/2 cup of raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
