- 145 g chocolate (50-60% cacao)
- 80 g whipping cream
- 75 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 15 g unsweetened cacao powder
- 20 g all purpose flour
- 20 g ground almonds
- 150 g fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp sour cream or crème fraîche (optional)
