• 7 O ounces Sirimon mature cheddar grated
• 8 O ounces Sirimon gouda grated
• 1 ½ C cups vegetable broth
• 1/3 C cup heavy cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 French baguette cut into cubes
• 2 T tablespoons butter
• 2 Tablespoons Jars of Goodness Genovese Pesto
