• 1 ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
• ¼ cup whipping cream
• pineapple flavoring
• yellow food coloring
• Pineapple jam (see recipe above)
• 2 large egg whites (room temperature)
• pinch of salt
• 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
