Ingredients

• 1 Cup Semolina [250ml]
• 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) (it's nice when it's a lot, add more if you like!)
• 1 Cup Sugar OR 1 Tin Condensed Milk
• 1 L Milk
• 1 - 1.5 Cup Grated Carrot
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 teaspoon Cardamom (Elachi (cardomom)) - crushed or powered
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• Absolutely Optional:
• 3 tablespoon Klim Powder
