• 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil (I used Coconut Oil)
• 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
• 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
• 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1/4 cup Ketchup
• 1 cup Pineapple Juice From Drained Pineapple Chunk
• 20 ounces Canned Pineapple Chunks In 100 Percent Juice, Drained Juice Reserved
• 2 whole Bell Peppers, Cut Medium Sized Pieces (I Use 1 Green And 1 Red)
• 1/4 cup Plain Rice Vinegar
• 1/2 pound Snow Peas
• 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Or To Taste
