• 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
• 1⁄2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• For Filling:
• 8 ounces Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1⁄8 teaspoon coarse salt
