Noodle Kugel I got this recipe from a friend many years ago. She used to serve it as a side dish with meat or poultry.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) package wide noodles cooked and drained. (Keep hot)
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt, to taste
