Salsa Verde

Ingredients

• 1 quart water
• 1.5 lbs Whole Tomatillos (approximately 12)
• 9 cloves garlic whole
• 4 serrano chili peppers (with stems removed)
• 3 tablespoons white onion coarsely chopped
• 3/4 cup cilantro leaves with a bit of stem
• salt to taste (optional)
• 1/4 cup white onion chopped
• 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
