Yam Praline Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoon light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 2 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
• one 15-ounce can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed, or 1 cup mashed louisiana yams
• 1/3 cup skim milk
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
