Ingredients

• 2 1/2 dl all-purpose flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
• 1/2 dl brown sugar (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
• 2 tsp corn starch
• A pinch of salt
• 100 g butter (3.5 oz)
• 1 tbsp cold water
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 dl double cream (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
• 2 dl brown sugar (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
• 200 g milk chocolate (7 oz)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• Sea salt flakes
