• 1 lb (500 g) Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef Sirloin*
• 2 tsp (10 mL) chili powder
• 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) seasoned stewed tomatoes
• Salt and pepper
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded lettuce
• ½ cup (125 mL) light sour cream
• ½ cup (125 mL) chunky salsa
• 8 taco shells
