Ingredients

• 6 oz (180 g) white chocolate in pieces
• 1 lb (450 g) Canadian Mascarpone cheese
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar
• 2 cups (500 mL) non fat plain yogurt
• 1 pouch (1/4 oz/7g) unflavoured gelatin
• 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
• 1 orange peeled and cut into suprêmes
• 1 pink grapefruit peeled and cut into suprêmes
• Graham crust
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Graham cracker crumbs
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
