- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup milk (I like using regular milk but you can use almond milk or soy milk)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp good quality vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- Buttercream icing or Chocolate frosting (optional)
