Ingredients: 5 eggs jumbo (I used 4 jumbo & 2 medium); 1½ cups castor sugar; Add in 1 cup water; 2 teaspoon vanilla essence; ½ cup oil; 2 heaped cups flour; 3 teaspoon baking powder; 1= spread mixed fruit jam and sprinkle coconut (old fashion cake always the tastiest); 2= I whipped ½ cup heavy cream and ½ can caramel treat and piped over cake 🎂
