• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 large onion, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 quart stewed tomatoes OR 2 15 oz. cans stewed or diced tomatoes
• 6 C. water
• 1 C. white or brown rice
• 1 large can tomato sauce
• 1/3 C. ketchup
• 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 t. chili powder
• 1 small head of cabbage OR 1/2 large head shredded OR 1 bag of cole slaw mix
• OPTIONAL: 1 can Rotel original diced tomatoes with jalapenos
