Ingredients

• 250ml whippable vegan cream
• 90g vegan condensed milk
• 2 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 tsp vanilla paste
• 20ml almond milk
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 3 cooking apples, peeled and diced
• 80ml Inch's Apple Cider
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
• 10g vegan butter
• 55g brown sugar
• 3 sheets of filo pastry, cut into 3cm wide strips
• 70g vegan butter
• to garnish demerara sugar
• 15g pistachios, roughly chopped
