Ingredients

• 500 gm mixed beef and pork mince
• Happy Valley Burger Slice cheese
• Happy Valley Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 brown onion, diced
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp white pepper and pinch of black pepper
• 60 gm breadcrumbs
• 2 tbs oil
• 150 gm of mushroom
• 2 tbs salted butter
• 4 tbs tomato sauce
• 1 tbs barbecue sauce
• Salad mix and fried egg (optional)
