• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1/2 cup lemon curd (I used Trader Joe's brand)
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
• 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
