• 1/2 cup cheese tortellini pasta, cooked & cooled
• 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
• 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
• 1/2 cup baby spinach, washed
• 2-3 Tbsp. Peach Salsa Mix, prepared
• 1/4 cup corn
• 1/4 cup black beans, cooked
• 1/2 cup chopped Romaine -or- Iceberg lettuce*
• Truffle Parmesan Garlic Dip Mix, dry
• 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
