Cabbage N Mutton recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
• Add to onions with 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 2 teaspoons vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• ¼ cup sour milk
• 2 teaspoons chilli powder
• 2 teaspoons crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoons dhana jeeroo
• Add in 1 head Cabbage cut into thin strips
• 4 liquidised tomatoes 🍅
• Adding little water if necessary.
