Niki's Spiced Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• coconut butter 180g
• coconut sugar 150g
• 3 medium eggs
• 1 tsp Steenbergs organic fairtrade vanilla extract
• 3 apples, peeled, cored and cut into bite size pieces
• 1 tsp Steenbergs organic apple pie spice mix
• 1 tsp Steenbergs baking powder
• zest of 1 lemon
• 1 pinch sea salt
• 200g gluten free plain flour
• a light sprinkling of powdered stevia
• 100ml almond milk
