• ¼ cup boysenberry jam,
• plus extra to serve

• Icing sugar, to dust
• Boysenberry cream cheese frosting
• 250g block cream cheese,
• chopped, softened
• 2 Tbsp icing sugar mixture
• 1 Tbsp milk
