• 2 cups ground vanilla crackers
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted + to grease springform pan
• A big splash of Vainilla Molina
• 4 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened at room temp
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 cup caramel syrup
• 4 eggs, room temp
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup whipping cream
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 cups whole pecans
