Name: Easy beef stroganoff - Student Recipes
Ingredients: 300g minced beef; 1 onion, chopped; 1 clove of minced garlic; 1/2 a can of mushrooms (drained) you could substitute this for fresh but the can is slightly cheaper. Alternativly you could substitute for a can of cream of mushroom soup; salt and pepper; 160ml hot water; 1 or 2 beef stock cubes; 20g tomato paste/ purree; 120ml water; 10g plain flour; A couple of tablespoons of double cream (optional but does give it a really nice creaminess)
