- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce or passata
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (mint, or cilantro, chopped)
