• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 can (15 oz each) black beans, drained, rinsed
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
• 2 teaspoons chili powder, divided
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Hot Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros, undrained
