- Pinch of salt
- 120 g Butter, cold
- 1 tbsp Cold water
- 1 Egg yolk
- 50 g Dark chocolate 70 %
- 250 ml Cream
- 250 ml Whole milk
- Seed from 1 vanilla pod
- 4 Egg yolks
- 45 g Maizena corn starch
- 400 g Strawberries
