Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta, bartenders at The Broken Shaker in Miami created this elevated twist on a simple vodka cranberry with a housemade cranberry vinegar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. vodka
- <sup>3</sup>⁄<sub>4</sub> oz. cranberry vinegar
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. Cocchi Americano
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. fresh lemon juice
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
